Engineered to specification
We don't sell catalog motors. Every TelcoMotion product is wound, configured, and validated against your load profile, duty cycle, and operating environment.
TelcoMotion is a custom motion control engineering company specializing in OEM applications. We work with product manufacturers across robotics, HVAC-R, medical, food equipment, building automation, specialty vehicles, and industrial automation — any application where the right motor doesn't come off the shelf.
Our process starts with your requirement — torque, speed, duty cycle, thermal envelope, regulatory constraints — and engineers backward to the motor. Winding configuration, bearing selection, encoder pairing, enclosure rating: every parameter is determined by your application, not by what happens to be available.

ISO 9001:2015 certified across every stage — from design and sourcing through assembly, testing, and delivery. Consistent standards, not inspections after the fact.
We leverage international manufacturing relationships built over decades — merging offshore production capacity with US-based engineering oversight and supply chain control.
Our engineers are embedded in your program from the first conversation. We ask the questions catalog suppliers don't — because getting the specification right at the start is how you avoid re-engineering later.
TelcoMotion is ISO 9001:2015 certified — not as a credential, but as a framework for how we operate. Our quality management system governs every stage of your program: supplier qualification, incoming inspection, in-process control, final validation, and documentation.
For OEM manufacturers, this translates to traceability, consistency, and a documented record for every production run. When your product is in the field, you need to know your motor supplier held the same standard from unit one to unit ten thousand.
